Who is behind HF Lymphatic & Wellness Studio?
HF Studio was founded by Helga Fernandes, a qualified Nutrition Coach and Lymphatic System certify professional with extensive experience in body function, lymphatic methods, and client care. Her approach blends evidence-based science with a deep understanding of holistic wellness.

Treatments & Consultations

What treatments do you offer?
We offer lymphatic drainage sessions and programs, post-surgery recovery programs, pregnancy and postpartum massage, nutrition coaching. We also offer advanced facials like, enzyme and acid peels, LED therapy, microneedling and facial lymphatic drainage. Every treatment is designed to support you and your goals.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?
We encourage every new client to book an assessment first, specially for advanced skin treatments, and for the programs it's a must. The assessment appointment includes a comprehensive consultation, analysis and measurements (for body). We discuss your current situation, what bother you and your goals. We also send you a lymphatic and nutritional intake form when you book only a session, so this way we can understand your needs and medical history.

Can I combine nutrition and lymphatic drainage sessions?

Bookings & Payments

How do I book an appointment?
You can book online directly through our website or by contacting us via social media, email or over the phone. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive preparation details for your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee to cover treatment time and resources.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards, online payments, PayPal and AfterPay. Gift vouchers and instalments for treatment packages are also available.

Aftercare & Results

When will I see results?
Many clients notice visible improvement after their first sessions. However, each body is different. Consistent treatments, healthier lifestyle, and healthy nutrition habits provide the most transformative and lasting results.

Do you provide home recommendations?
Yes. Each client receives some tips after their session, for a more consistant support  we recommend our programs. Those offer weekly chats, accountability, and results checkup at the end plus many support tools to guide you through the process.

We do! On our shop you can find dry brushes, Gua Sha, calf sleeves, compression socks.
