*Book Assessment First* Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage that stimulates lymphatic vessels to move excess fluid. While it does not remove lipedema fat, it is a crucial management tool used to reduce swelling, alleviate pain and heaviness, and soften fibrotic tissue. Our Complete Decongestive sessions might include compression, exercises and skin care. **To start the management plan with us, we require a diagnose from your GP* If you were diagnosed with lipedema and did surgery, refer to post-surgery lymphatic first, then we come to management** How MLD Helps Symptom Relief: Significantly reduces the pain, tenderness, and sensation of heaviness associated with lipedema. Fluid Reduction: Moves excess interstitial fluid out of congested areas, preventing tissue buildup and potential secondary lymphedema. Tissue Health: Softens fibrotic (hardened) fat tissue and improves overall skin and tissue flexibility
Cancellation Policy
HF Nutrition & Beauty - Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 01/03/2025 At HF Nutrition & Beauty, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you follow the guidelines below to ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients. 1. Cancellation Guidelines - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee, which will be the retain of the deposit paid at the time of booking. - Maximum of 3 cancellations within the 24-hour time frame are allowed. If a client cancels the same appointment more than 3 times, the appointment will be considered finalised, and any future bookings will be at the discretion of the store owner. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period, but if the appointment is rescheduled more than 3 times, it will be considered done. 3. No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show, the full deposit is forfeited, and the booking will be considered complete.
