Our Post-surgery program, will assist your body to cope from trauma and recover faster and better. We offer 6 weeks and 10 weeks plans. Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, manual technique used to help speed recover time from surgery by reducing swelling, bruising, and pain and avoid complications, giving you better results. It encourages the flow of lymph fluid to clear toxins and waste, which can accelerate healing and improve overall recovery from various procedures like liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgeries, also c-section surgery. Lymphatic Tapping, LLLT and infrared laser applied as needed. It is crucial to have clearance from your surgeon and for the massage to begin only after surgical incisions have healed, or once released.
Cancellation Policy
HF Nutrition & Beauty - Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 01/03/2025 At HF Nutrition & Beauty, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you follow the guidelines below to ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients. 1. Cancellation Guidelines - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee, which will be the retain of the deposit paid at the time of booking. - Maximum of 3 cancellations within the 24-hour time frame are allowed. If a client cancels the same appointment more than 3 times, the appointment will be considered finalised, and any future bookings will be at the discretion of the store owner. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period, but if the appointment is rescheduled more than 3 times, it will be considered done. 3. No-Show Policy In the event of a no-show, the full deposit is forfeited, and the booking will be considered complete.
